Giving back: Skills Development Plan
In 2002 as a young black budding entrepreneur, Khwezi felt the need to identify a platform to give back to society and the most achievable way was to give back her passion and abilities to youth specifically.
We have found this to be effective, achievable, measurable and VISIBLE with long term gain for the receiver. Since 2002 she has kept in touch with all the interns. We found that simultaneously with Milk Brown Designs and Communications (born in 2002) each intern has grown in the industry, either climbing up the corporate ladder or becoming great entrepreneurs in SA.
